For a $200K property, we divide ownership into 8 shares at $25K each. Each share grants you:

  • 30 days of usage per year in your owned property (e.g., Playa Venao, Panama).
  • Global access across our network of properties (e.g., Málaga, Bali, Lisbon).
  • Passive income from rentals (e.g., $880/year per owner at 70% occupancy, 80/20 split).

NomadOwn handles all property management—maintenance, cleaning, rentals, and bookings—for a 10% fee ($20K per $200K property).

You can sell your share through NomadOwn’s platform, where we’ll list it for other nomads to purchase. We charge a 5% transaction fee to cover administrative costs. The value of your share may appreciate or depreciate based on the property’s market value, which in nomad-friendly destinations like Playa Venao has historically seen steady growth (e.g., 3-5% annual appreciation in Panama’s real estate market).
We carefully select properties in nomad-friendly destinations, negotiating purchases. We invest in upgrades like smart locks and Wi-Fi enhancements to meet nomad needs. Our local property managers handle maintenance, cleaning, and guest turnovers, ensuring consistent quality.
